Description
This product is used to make liquid wax like paraffin wax , palm wax, stearic acid of candle material into powder (powder wax diameter around 0.5mm in granule) ,then they can be used on pressing candle machine. Besides wax, it can also be used in producing fodder. It is made up of three main houses, blower tube, blower, condenser, wax pump, walking platform and control box. Stainless steel boards are used inside the main machine, spraying bars, nozzles and wind board, so it is anti-corrosion. When machine works, liquid wax will be pumped into spraying bars, then liquid wax will be sprayed out through nozzles on 4 spraying bars. Liquid wax immediately freeze when meet cold wind from bottom . Because of air buffer principle, wax powder will suspend above wind board about 12-30cm. Wax powder will get out from wax powder exit into wax powder tank for further using . There are fan leaves on up and low blower tube . Down blower is to inhale air, up blower is to discharge air. According to outside temperature, by controlling fan leaves in order to control air temperature, you can choose to use wind inside cycling or wind outside cycling so that to save energy. This product can be used by areas with different temperature; high capacity and uniform wax powder are its characteristics.
